Newton Hidden Object Game
So apparently this game is a Staff Favorite and because I like object finding games i decided to play this. Like every other object finding games, there are hidden things that are meant to be found. But I reckon the game challenge is a bit too easy for the players- the hidden objects are placed in obvious places which spoils the game. Which got me thinking about my game, if i were to create a object finding game, there should be enough challenges to keep consumers engaged. [Not to repeat the mistake of placing the Hidden objects in obvious places, i mean come on 'hidden' objects are meant to be 'hidden', finding the objects is the main thing in object finding games.]
Newton Hidden Object Game is similar to every basic object games. It has 3 sets of levels with different settings and hidden objects to find. Playing the game literally took me ten seconds to find all the hidden objects and this is something i don't want for my game. Players lose interest if things are too easy, a little challenge will keep you engaged. The controls in the game was pretty simple, where you just had to click on the hidden object on the screen then move on to the next object. The game-play was a downfall for this game mainly cause the objects that were needed to be found were really easy to find-the game wasn't challenging enough. But like i mentioned before the objects were placed in obvious places making it really easy to play the game.

The art in the game is pretty cool. The illustration is set back in the old days and it kinda reminds me of kids story books of princess/ fairy tale. I like the choice of art used in this game.
